Glen,
This was on the list:
Intracoastel waterway/locks at Violet canal, close the Industrial canal 
at
Poland Ave.

 
So would doing this then make the Violet Canal and lower St. Bernard the new
lower Ninth Ward with levees being breached, ruptured, etc?
