[StBernard] Atmos response with phone number

This is what I got from Atmos, again that permit issue. How can I get a
permit if I dont know if the gas lines are safe? Well, I'll try that route
and hope others request it to the same area, although I doubt it.

    Atmos is restoring gas in St Bernard Parish. The first residential areas
to be restored will be the areas with the most demand. I have been receiving
most inquiries in the Parish and do not recall many requests for this area.
We will eventually be restoring that area, although it may be about 6 months
before we get there. Also, you will need to get a permit from the Parish
before we can restore your gas.If you have any other questions feel free to
