I'd just like to know why there just isn't GOOD advice forthcoming to those
who are in/around the suspected oil zone? Should people join the suit or
not? If they do not, should they find an attorney outside (after opting out
a class action) of Torres control/class action? Geez, with all the legal
brains around, someone had a real soltion to a problem which IF one decides
to join a class action, there is strenghth in numbers, but the wait can make
Rip Van Winkle jealous <G>>.

Tonry & Ginart offered free representation to people seeking assistance in
the oil spill...why aren't they being used as counsel in all of this. Why is
it only Mr. Torres who is taking his normal percentage, any reason?
