Please remember that the March 31 date is not a deadline that will be used
for anything but a start date for the parish to begin evaluating properties
that have not been acted upon- waiting for doors and windows is a factor
that many will be experiencing.

That sounds very reasonable, yet it is difficult just now to get the proper
doors and windows a there is such a demand. Unless one starts now looking,
