This is not rumors. My mother in law just got her fema trailer hooked up and
the electricity on and she had her dishes and flatware and blankets stolen.

The ones in the red cross starter kid they give to you.  And the contractor
told her how to chain down her gas tanks to try to keep them from getting
stolen, he told her they are a hot item and get taken frequently.
