**Jim, might I remind you that it is Republicans, perhaps, who are helping
us $20 Billion in support to our communities?? Yes, all should band
together, but if I sat here and bashed Ms. Blanco (in a unified effort with
all) for efforts in helping us get the money proposed in a
Republican-controlled government, I should be ashamed as well..

I too, want relief, as quickly as we can get it. But biting the hands that
are feeding us.....might be a little premature? Such money is a huge effort
of taxpayers money. Everyone who is responsible for dispersal of funds to us
are held accountable, so they are moving within the law and prudently. I'm
sure if we be a little more patient, we will "get fed". Let's see what
happens in the next couple of weeks and announcements. 

Meanwhile, our focus is on FEMA, trailers for our people and friends..for
immediate relief as we await the long-term recovery one.
