 Whether it's Lee Circle or Trafalgar Sq. in London, 

Once the Lousiana vehicle gets in the inner traffic (aka Chevy Chase's
European Vacation), the car is doomed to continue its trek around Lee Circle
until a physics property called inertia (variable outside source) comes into
play and bumps the vehicle out of orbit. ;)

As the Billy Preston song goes: "Will he go round in circles?" <G>.

Tracie, remember red tape keeps the "respectable" attorneys bz because no
movement is made for the short term in governments..
