     After being persistent and almost vulgar, I have found who is over
Apheretta, Ga. offices for Audubon- New York. I have dealt with a woman, her
name is Liz 1-877-520-4636. I have received 2 phone calls in less than one
hour, I am being allowed to put my compliant on the offices for review, and
have made my case, which she has completely conceded. Finally, it appears I
have someone who is on my side. Will keep you updated.
