The week after an orange ribbon appeared on my house, EPA & Murphy (working
together) were in the neighborhood.  I asked them if the orange ribbon was
from them & meant they had tested my house. They said yes.  I guess they are
just like FEMA--everyone you asks gives you a different answer.
