[StBernard] Judge Won't Stop Ship From Leaving St. Bernard

Please read yesterdays and todays article in the TP about emergency reief
funding.  Yesterdays article states that St Bernard government now has 603
trailers it purchased to house parish employees it no longer needs.  Why not
house residence in these since they are already set up.  The problem is they
are placed around the government complex and JR controls this space.  FEMA &
the parish government needs to look into the fact that trailers are on
private property and are not being occupied, a convience while returning to
work on houses over the weekends.  This is wrong when we have people needing
housing. I see it everyday.
