I am actually still in the council meeting- we have passed a plan that
identifies the areas that we are recommending for redevelopment and areas
for greenspace.  There will be a full report on the web within 24 hours.

Also,  do you know how the buyout is going to work and when it will
happen????? I have too much damage and not enough to cover the cost of
repairs, not to mention the cost of my home homeownes insurance which only
paid wind damge is going from $1600 a year to $4300 a year! feeling
pressured by mortgage company, etc.
any info would be helpful
