[StBernard] Opt out of Class Action suit

Is there a # I can call to find out about my test results from Murphy?  I
was tested but have not seen my test results posted and would like to see if
they have been completed before I opt out of the class action suit.

I went to Murphy to get my test results which were done in Dec & Jan.
Allthey could tell me was that my results were positive. I didn't have to
opt out to get the results. This helps making the decision whether to opt
out or not.
