excluding
	things like fencing, gardening, etc,.  There is a worthwhile website
and
	good estimate page on the Home Builder's Association website.>>

 
I know this was asked before, but when I keep reading I get confused again:
A structural engineer report in lieu of an estimate, is it or is it not
