B zones are compliant and should have no issues relative to elevations at
this point.  If there are other issues that arise to change that, such as
for demolition houses if the parish decides to require new construction to
be elevated- no decision on that yet.  Simply put- B zones can move ahead
with no elevation concerns at this point.
