	B zones are compliant and should have no issues relative to
elevations at
	this point. 

Okay, so if you were always in a B zone. That means you were not grand
fathered in? No matter how old your house was it was in compliance then and
still is now? If we could get the answer to these questions it would make a
great deal of difference to a lot of our residence.
