On Thursday I went to the Murphy Oil office in Chalmette.  I was going to
find out if they every tested my property.  
 
I had been to the office about 2 months prior and was told that I had given
consent to test my property but they were backed up because the judge
ordered that they retest property that had been tested.  I also asked if
other homes on my street had requested testing.  I was told 5 other houses
requested testing but none had been done. 
 
Well on Thursday I was informed that there records did not show I gave them
consent to test my property.  I was told that in order to have my property
tested I would have to opt out of the lawsuit in order for them to test.  I
told the women that I sent my form in on Nov 7.  She said sorry but they
have no record of it. 
 
I even called several times in March to checked and was told they had my
form.  I need some help because I do not want to opt out but want my soil
tested.  I know I can pay to have this done but why when Murphy caused all
of this.  
 
Has this happened to anyone you know or you?
