The bellsouth map is now a month old. Have there been any updates in the
service areas? I have tried to call Bellsouth and they are no help. In fact,
they are down right rude and refuse to answer any questions stating that
they don't know anything. I can not believe that they do not have any
information on where their repair technicians are and where they will be
next. Is it too much to ask for some answers. After all of the frustration
everyone is having with FEMA or SBA or their insurance companies, that we
now are treated like dirt below anyone's notice over there in Bellsouth land
is a little too much to handle on top of everything else. Any ideas on this
one or a new map please. Thanks Melissa
