 May I interject, Dianne, that I've signed a "waiver" in March for this past
taxable year, and was told that I'd have to sign in each year to waive any
future taxations given. (I suppose until they decide to start-up collections
again.

What is the story about the taxes?
 
I know I changed my address at the assessors office, have not received any
tax bill and we were told that the taxes were waived for 2005.
