I assume that is what will happen: the apprently 'blighted' houses' owners
will be contacted, and if they give a plausible reason why they were unable
to do anything, they are given a list of phone numbers of grass cutting
services and followed up later, but those who say 'go to h......... with the
house' will be demolished.
