(sigh) I dunno.  Was it attached to some goofy bill they were trying to
pass?  You know, sometimes they attach something "good" to a "bad" bill
hoping they can force some votes.

	would prevent someone from gaining Social Security benefits
illegally, I
	just don't understand this one.

	receive an adjustment of status under this bill are not able to
receive
	Social Security benefits as a result of unlawful activity."
