I agree with you totally. It does not cost any money to clean out your
house. What these people do not understand, is that if someone gets hurt on
their property, with or without their permission to be there, they can get
sued. Yes, a person can get sued if their house is cleaned or not cleaned,
but I think less people/children go into cleaned out houses then those with
belonging hoping to find something of value. Now a days, a person can sue
you if they get bite by a snake coming from your property due to your
negligence of not cleaning up. People may also want to find out if their
insurance will still cover their house, because I have a neighbor who was
told by his insurance company if he is not living in his house by June, they
will no longer cover his house. Now, when someone sues, it will not be with
your insurance company, but you personally and if you think you have
financial difficulty now, you will have nothing. Believe me with the stress
people are going through these days, people who would never have done an
insurance scheme before mite. Just something to think about.
