Yes, for some reason, an entire parish being wiped out doesn't merit any
coverage.  Just the usual 9th Ward and horrors of the Superdome...  It seems
like Anderson Cooper is the only national reporter keeping St. Bernard out
there.  I would like to read his book.  He is going to be at Barnes and
Noble on Sun, June 25th.  I am planning to pick it up that day and tell him
thank you for his support of our parish.  I am usually a Fox fan, but I
really enjoy Anderson Coopers show.
