GREAT IDEA!!  We will be there.
 
1) Where to have it?  Chalmette Battlefield or the Port
2) How long?  All day
3) What type of function? What ever you want.  If you have the time for a
picnic/BBQ, good, stay all day.  If not, just come & socialize Bring a
camera.  Bring paper & pen to write down new phone numbers or addresses of
old or new friends!
 
Westley you can have a sign in table & publish the names, phone numbers etc.
of those that attended on your website.
 
(I hope "jer" attends.  I would love to meet him!)
