[StBernard] Craig, A Leaked List?

Craig,
 
A relative of mine went to the parish to check on his address being on the
blighted list and was told that was not the "official" list but was leaked
to the Times Picayune.  Now your responses are in no way implying that it
was a leaked list but the true list, which I'm more inclined to believe you
since you seem to be the only official that tries to help people.  So which
is it:  Was it leaked and people don't need to worry until later this week
when the true list comes out or is it the "official list"?
