	Structural engineer report states less than 50% damage with
foundation 2 ft
	above street level Buccaneer Villa South - flood zone A - slab home 

   I would have to check this out to see if I was in compliance when they
changed in 74 if not you have to fix up to at least come into compliance
with the year 1974. Now where do you find this information I have no idea
maybe the planning area where you can get your permits.
