The published article stated that the ice house on Paris Road will be
operated by St. Bernard. 
 
Which parish government department personnel budget will handle this
payroll? 
Are we using existing personnel or are we hiring additional bodies/relatives
again?  Will management assign different shifts at a straight time rate such
as Tuesday thru Saturday, Wednesday thru Sunday and normal Monday thru
Fridays, or will our parish payroll be looking at overtime pay again? 
Will it function 24/7?
