I was able to process the application without any savings information, but I
am confused about something; when I call the phone number for "unaswered"
questions, I heard it say that distributions will not be made in a lump sum
and they will not go directly to the recipient?  Is this true or is this for
some loan program, sounds just like SBA.  Maura
