[StBernard] radio

What happened to the guy who was going to get us a St. Bernard radio station
such that we could have our own media outlet? It wasn't going to be very
powerful,but it would have been useful.  We could be having various talk
shows hosted by citizens, clubs, parish govt. etc. Not everyone has internet
access, but we all have radios, although you wouldn't hear it outside of the
parish.
