[StBernard] Donated building materials from Colorado

A donation of building materials to St. Bernard Parish government in June
from a Colorado group has been transferred to a non-profit organization
which is beginning a rebuilding effort in St. Bernard Parish.
 
The non-profit group was also given a list of parish residents who called
government expressing interest in receiving donated rebuilding materials.

announcements of rebuilding programs.
 
Parish government is not handling any phase of the distribution of any
rebuilding materials and will no longer accept names for building materials.
