Although I've not seen an official sign for the tenant
new construction where the old BK was, I assume that
it is BK returning.  Does anyone know if they will be
landscaping the property.  I would hope that this was
part of the discussions with the planning committee
prior to the approval of the plans. Maybe Deborah
Keller can answer this one.

Here's another one.  If we have landscape requirements
on the books, can we encourage businesses to adhere to
them if we didn't enforce them when the business was
constructed or opened.  For example, is home depot
required to do anything in terms of landscaping even
though they are now opened.
