[StBernard] White resident joins housing bias lawsuit in St. Bernard

That sounds a bit silly, calling it bias not to permit renting in Village
Square.
At the very first St Bernard meeting in Baton Rouge after Katrina, I clearly
remember it being said 'No More Village Square'. All cheered.
Now if the square is planned to be demolished and rebuild different, (as in
the Duany visions), then why would the parish permit renting there? That
would really hamper any plans, wouldn't it? Its not bias, its practical and
logical.
