**I agree, put a carrot before the horse and people chomp at the "carrot of
last resort".  It should be such and not a good choice for bad recovery.

Although a cottage is better than a trailer, a home similar to what one had
or better is preferable to a more complete recovery than a tin can with
sewer pipes.
