As I understand it FEMA will be paying the costs associated with rebuilding
the Civic Center.  If so, is it possible to have the "sign" in front of the
building replaced so that important information (contact numbers; meetings,
etc.) could be programmed into the software and displayed?  At the minimum
it will eliminate an eyesore on our main highway.
