	As I understand it FEMA will be paying the costs associated with
rebuilding
	the Civic Center.  If so, is it possible to have the "sign" in front

I seem to rememer that a bank and ExxonMobile had something to do with the
sign. Who really 'owned' it I dont know. Just once we tried to put something
on it and went through Exxon or a bank (wished this Katrimentia would cure).
