Actually, the phone call that you're going to get a phone is not a bad idea.

While it seems silly on the surface, what it does do is tell you that your
case is moving forward and that you should expect to settle within a couple
of weeks, I would hope.

My dad got a phone call to tell him he would be getting a phone call to set
up his closing.
A PHONE CALL TO TELL HIM HE'D BE GETTING A PHONE CALL. I wonder how much
that guy is getting paid?
