Hi ya,
the online permit thingy gave me an error report, so I stopped by the
government complex after bringing my girl to school. There was a line, but
not really a line. 
Within minutes, my form was filled out by a friendly gentlemen, within
another minute a lady signs it, dates it and copies it, and I am done. No
sweat.
Thanks, folks, for cutting all this red tape for us.
