[StBernard] Supplemental Flood

I just spoke to an agent at the Eustis Agency.  She advised that it was her
understanding that supplemental flood *was* being written, but on a
case-by-case basis.  She said anyone interested in this would have to
contact them for them to let the thing out to see who would want to pick it
up.  (I know that sounds confusing-it was to me also).
