	My friend is waiting on LRA closing and is held up somewhere between
LRA and
	the title company they are working with. She was told that the
reason for
	the hold up has something to do with the parish (she cannot remember

	they told her) and that it was also held up because her house is not
	demolished and LRA will have to get it demolished and they will
charge her
	10%. She chose Option 2 and lives on Livington in Chalmette. Is this
true?
