I own a lot in Story Park Estates on the corner at the Forty Arpents Canal.   It  is hard to keep up with the ordinance when cutting my grass because someone (parish workers) have dropped 18 to 20 inch (diameter) piping on my land. What  is this about and who gave them the authority to do this?   Is the parish going to keep my grass cut and make sure the ruts they made in the land filled in?
