Correct-a-mundo, Gaby. I'd contribute the abuse to the quality of life who
work for these companies/government agencies "squeaking thru" those that
will. We can't blame the abuser, can we? <g>. It does indeed take
two-2-tango and if one does his/her duty to prevent abuse, and punish
severely those who do (I'm one for harsh sentences, even for the slightest
of infractions, such as stealing a pencil that is not his/hers). Man/woman
was blessed with free will to make honorable decisions.

I am just amazed how some of these folks who falsely claimed Fema money got
more than many of us who REALLY had a loss.
Maybe those folks should be hired by us to file our claims.
