Notice Mr. Fred Sigur lives on Rowley Blvd and Fairfax Dr.

It appears to me that Mr. Fred Sigur-developer- has combined with a family named Beier, who have a lot of land they want to do something with. They've decided a truck stop/video poker casino would be a good idea.

A whitepages.com search showed several Katherine Beier's in Louisiana, but not in St. Bernard, the same for Ernest Beier.

So, in other words, a bunch of people who don't live down there want to put in a video poker casino in an area where the residents don't want it.
The cynical part of me predicts it will pass.

Also please note that Taurus Properties is not in good standing with the S.O.S. office for not filing their annual report.
