Sho' beggers can't be choosey, but 3 million may or may not be enough to do
a government complex project. :(

Perhaps if it were closer to a billion, it might make a dent. The nation
would have to realize the scope and the larger picture comprising recovery
in a St. Bernard nation that was sent back to the stone age and condition of
worse than 3rd world conditions.

Oh, well..

WASHINGTON, D.C. - According to U.S. Rep. Charlie Melancon (D-LA) on
Tuesday, St. Bernard Parish will receive a total of $3,558,417.73 in federal
disaster aid grants from the from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
