for some people it maybe a easy decision to move back.  the difficulities
that each person has varies.  my next door neighbor has not come back and i
am o.k. with that.  he keeps the grass cut and the house is gutted.   what
more can i ask for?? if it takes 2 more years for him to come back it would
be worth the wait.
