Lower Nine Rebuilding Assistance


Lowernine.org is helping residents of the Lower Ninth Ward rebuild their
homes. There is a waiting list but any Lower Nine resident can fill out a

New Mental Health Resources


Access to Care
The Red Cross's Access to Care program covers emotional support services
such as medications, counseling (individual, group and family sessions),
evaluation and testing for children under the age of 21, and outpatient
substance abuse treatment. The deadline to apply is March 31. 

Mental Health Services at Covenant House
Covenant House in New Orleans is now offering low- to no-cost mental health
services.
