That  doesn't  matter / the  thieves  have  the  upper  hand ~ they  have
friends  in  cars  around  the  area  they  are  ready  to  hit ~ cell
phones  in  hand ~ calling  the  friend  that  is  stealing  to  let  them
know  that  the  police  are  entering  the  area.

It's  just  sad  for  the  younger  people, they  could  have  had  a
chance  to  have  a  future  here ~  it's  best  that  they  move  on.

They do not have the right to steal from you.  But you have to know they are
there waiting and will seize the opportunity to steal, so you need to
protect yourself.  It's pretty much every man for himself in the empty
neighborhoods.  Sorry this happened to you.  It's just not the same in the
parish anymore.  The police are now numb to it.
