I think if you read the book, Firestorm, a lot of your questions would be
answered.  This is a fabulous book --it makes you have so much love and
respect and appreciation for the fireman in da-Parish.  (I'm so sure the
Sheriff's department did equally as much hard work but no one has written a
book about them yet.)
