Laurie, one thing we've learned from every president, every leader, even
every person:

Each tends to change his mind many times before settling upon a final
decision that may or may not be feasible, correct, or justifiable. 

It could mean campaign promises in this case that could be altered simply
because Mr. O has a mood swing. For example, a campaign promise of $250,000
could resemble a falling elevator from a broken cable. $200,000, then
150,000, then 120,000 etc.. 

One thing we shall all know. Mr. O's personal wealth will also grow by leaps
and bounds to beyond the Clintons by 250 million at the minimum!
