[StBernard] St. Bernard Tourism officials at EPCOT

Hi Gaby,  The Katrina Cottage that is on Dr. Meraux Blvd. (west side some
distance behind bank) was donated for a Welcome Center for St. Bernard.  It
is small but a good first step.  It must be placed on public land where
computer service and utilities are easily available for a low cost set up
and then operational costs.  That limits sites that are highly visible on
St. B Highway or Judge Perez.  A location in Torres Park on the east side of
Dr. Meraux Blvd. and not far from the playground and outdoor stage area
seems to be the location.  I don't know when the move might happen only that
it is on the "to do" list.  Check the Tourism link on the parish website for
