"As for Jer's friend the people idolize him " --Dave.

Jer Responds: <chuckle>..

Yeah, my good buddy, Dave. You're a psychic at reading between da lines
about how I feel about this guy, president or resigned-Senator
<smile>..Dave.

But, this much I know. I've heard one mean speak about how popular he was
during an era of "liberal resurgence" and conservative appeasent--da '60's.

This man was John Lennon (not related to, but certainly, a close match
politically, socially, and morally wrong as Vlad Lenin of Russia).

He said then that "The Beatles is more popular than Jesus Christ".

I never forgot this, and like everyone else, burned their albums in protest
and disgust. I was so highly insulted and infuriated that he would sputter
such a statement, but never realized he was more a ungodly prophet than I
first realized (that America was on the wrong track towards making itself a
God-less society of non-believers (Lennon was an atheist). I must credit him
that--that he foreseen da future of our once God-fearing nation towards a
self-godly, despicable belief system that man can exist eternally without
our Supreme Being.

But put that aside as we briefly discuss O'BLAH-ME-OH-BLAH DOH!!). This
latest version of AmeriKanized (now AfriKanized through his birthrite)
presidency has resurged Lennon's imagery in a new viewpoint: That O'BlahMah
is now seen as our modern-day savior and though it hurts me to speak in any
degree of blasphemy, that to the liberals, minorities who believe his
silver-forked tongue, etc. ---Jesus Christ is taking second to last place
behind O-Blah Dee. A newer ironically, idolized figure is replacing Jesus,
Jehovah, God, and any namesake of our savior for one of their own.

It so reminds me of the Ten Commandments and Moses' trek to Mount Sinai to
receive the laws of God. When a man of God goes away, a newer, shinier, more
precious-thought figurine is injected into everyone's worshipping. Thus, we
can see the newer more modernized "golden idol" tempered by Aaron being
worshiped whole-heartedly while the multitudes rejoice to and dance
(somewhat lustfully, actually) to the tune of "we gonna have a good life".

>From here, there's nowhere to go but down, if we don't accept the same

mantra as the liberals professed recently:

--"A Change is gonna come in 4 short years!".

As for those like John Lennon? He's met his Maker on December 8, 1980, I'm
sure of this.

-----------------------------------------------------
I watched the inauguration between 10:30 and 11:00 to see Rick Warren.
Before that I watched All in the Family , Sanford and Son and the Jeffersons
in honor of the day.
Someone should have told the last lady her dress looked terrible. Remember
movies with cavewomen or Tarzan movies with Jane. They had the animal skin
outfits with one strap.
As for Jer's friend the people idolize him as if he already did everything
he promised. So far he's done nothing positive and may not do much. He
reminds me of Terrell Owens of the Cowboys, they both talk a good game.
People keep talking about history. Of course, the days that have passed are
history. Yesterday is always history and tomorrow is always the future.
Thanks,
Dave
