[StBernard] SBURT transit collecting fares

St. Bernard Urban Rapid Transit now collecting fares 

 

Effective January 5th, SBURT Transit is collecting fares to ride the St.
Bernard public bus. The fare to ride a SBURT bus anywhere in St. Bernard
parish from Arabi to Poydras is $1.00. This is the same fare that was
charged before Hurricane Katrina. SBURT buses pass every 40 minutes on
schedule from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays.
